Unlike fast fashion, which relies on assembly lines, your ADKN garment is crafted by a single artisan or a small team in London, using focused skill to cut, construct and finish it.

Our women's tops and blouses receive 1.5 to 4 hours of slow-stitching for liquid movement.

We believe this time is essential for durability, ensuring your garment lasts years, not months.

Paid fairly, in-house
From initial design to marketing, production and aftercare, everything is handled in-house by our dedicated team in London, all paid fairly for their craft and expertise.

Materials developed for ADKN
Our materials are bespoke-developed for ADKN: always vegan, recycled or organic, ethically sourced, made to last and never mass-produced.

Less waste, start to finish
Each piece is produced in-house in small, zero-waste batches. Part of our collection is made by salvaging leftover materials and past designs or samples, carefully reworking and restoring them into unique, revived pieces. And we use recycled and recyclable packaging and carbon-conscious logistics, from studio to doorstep.

    After one year, we're still here for you. Repairs beyond the first year are available for a small fee, based on the service required. UK: free tracked delivery, 4–7 working days. Priority £3.50 (2–3 working days), Express £7.95 (1–2 working days), or London same-day with ADKN Concierge, £100.

International: Europe from £9.50, North America and the rest of the world from £10. Express options and exact rates at checkout.

Orders placed before 11am, Monday to Friday, are processed the same day. This Zero Waste piece is made for you: please allow 5–8 working days for production and dispatch, already included in the estimate above.

When will my order arrive?

Each piece shows its own timing just below the Add to bag button. Ready-to-wear pieces are dispatched within 1-2 working days, depending on your shipping option. Zero Waste and ADKNLux pieces are made for you in our London studio first, then sent with the delivery option you choose at checkout.

Free UK standard tracked delivery takes 4–7 working days after dispatch, with Priority (2–3 working days) and Express (1–2 working days) also available.

How does paying 50% now work?

For made-to-order pieces you can choose Standard Production: you pay 50% when you order and the remaining 50% when your piece is ready to ship. We will send you a payment link when the 2nd instalment is due - this payment needs to be completed for the order to ship. 

Is it ready to give as a gift?

Yes. Every ADKN order is shipped in an ADKN gift box, so it arrives ready to give. We also offer the option to include a printed gift card note.

We do not include any printed receipts or order spend details.

Can I return it?

We offer free UK returns within 28 days, started from your account. Personalised items cannot be returned.

How do I choose my size?

Open the size guide next to the size options for measurements. If you’re between sizes or unsure, email info@adkn.co.uk and the studio team who make our pieces will advise you.

What if it ever needs mending?

Repairs are free for the first year with the ADKN Repair Promise. After that, we still repair pieces for a small fee depending on the work needed.

What happens when I no longer wear it?

Send it back through Re.ADKN, our circular fashion programme. We’ll repair, repurpose, donate or responsibly recycle it, and you’ll receive store credit towards something new.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes. We deliver to Europe, North America and the rest of the world, with rates and timings shown at checkout.
