At ADKN, we believe that quality is a responsibility, not just a feature. Every garment we create is made with craftsmanship, care, and longevity in mind. And to honour that, we offer complimentary repairs for up to one year from the date of purchase, because we believe in standing by the quality of what we make, and extending the life of what you love.

After one year, we're still here for you. Repairs beyond the first year are available for a small fee, based on the service required. It’s our way of supporting thoughtful ownership, not disposability.

This is our way of standing by what we make, and helping reduce the waste that fast fashion leaves behind.

What’s Included

• Seam reinforcement or restitching (e.g. split underarm, side seam)

• Zip replacements or fixes (if the original is faulty or has worn out)

• Hook & eye, snap, or button replacements

• Minor lining repairs (e.g. small tears in linings or stitch detachment)

• Loose hems or unravelled stitching

These repairs help extend the life of your garment and ensure it continues to be worn beautifully, as intended.

What’s Not Covered

To preserve the integrity of our garments and studio process, we unfortunately cannot offer repairs for:

• Snagged, torn, or otherwise damaged fabric

• Heavy stains or dye damage

• Alterations (resizing, reshaping, shortening, etc.)

• Severe structural damage caused by improper care, improper use or accidents

• Garments altered by third parties post-purchase

How to Request a Repair

To arrange a complimentary repair, simply email us at info@adkn.co.uk

Please include:

• Your order number (or proof of purchase)

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the area(s) needing repair

Our studio team will respond within 10 working days with next steps, including shipping instructions.

The ADKN Repair Promise is more than a service, it’s a philosophy. We don’t believe in disposability. We believe in taking responsibility for what we make, and helping you keep what you own, in use and in style.

Notes & Guidelines

• Applies only to original ADKN garments purchased directly or from authorised stockists

• Items must be clean and safely packaged

• We reserve the right to decline heavily damaged or irreparable garments

• Typical repair time: 3–4 weeks, depending on the nature of the repair and our studio schedule

• Currently available for UK-based customers only (international service coming soon)
