Free returns in the UK within 28 days. You can request a return by logging into your account here.

All orders placed before 11am (Monday-Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time or on weekends or holidays will be processed the next immediate working day.

Priority and Express Shipping rates for ADKN Materials may differ based on weight.

Different ADKN Collections may have different processing times. Please refer to the below:

- ADKN RTW (Ready-to-wear) - 1 working day processing time

- ADKN Zero Waste - 5-8 working days production and processing time

- ADKNLux - Made to order, 3-4 weeks production and processing time

*No returns/exchanges are accepted for ADKN materials orders (fabric and accessories) or for ADKN face masks. For ADKNLux products, we can help offer credit on the account for any returns, however this is at our discretion. This is due to these being specially made orders and due to hygiene and safety reasons. All perfectly imperfect items part of the Outlet can only be returned in exchange for full store credit.

For Next Day Deliveries please allow 1-2 working days to receive your order given the current climate and Royal Mail staff shortages. Orders placed before 11am are produced, prepared and dispatched the same day Monday-Friday or next working day if during weekend or public holidays. Orders are sent with Royal Mail Next Day or DPD. 

Any orders can only be cancelled within 1h of being placed.
