Order Processing Times
All orders placed before 11am (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off, over the weekend, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on the collection:
- ADKN RTW (Ready-to-Wear): Ships within 1 working day
- ADKN Zero Waste Collection: Please allow 5–8 working days for production and dispatch
- ADKNLux Collection: Made to order — allow 3–4 weeks for production and processing
Shipping rates for ADKN Materials may vary depending on weight and delivery method.
Returns & Cancellations
We offer free UK returns within 28 days. To request a return, simply log into your account [here].
- Returns are not accepted on ADKN Materials (fabrics, accessories) or ADKN Face Masks, due to hygiene and custom production.
- ADKNLux pieces are specially made to order; while we do not offer refunds, we may provide store credit at our discretion.
- Outlet “Perfectly Imperfect” pieces can only be returned in exchange for full store credit.
Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order.
