If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 28 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, and make sure the item is returned and received by us within 14 days of your request being approved. Any return requests made within 14 days of delivery will be issued a full refund by way of the original payment method, excluding any premium/next day shipping costs associated with the order. Any return requests made after 14 days of delivery but within the 28 days timeframe will be issued store credit.

If you request a return for an item outside the above time frames but within 28 days of the item being delivered to you, we'll give you an ADKN gift voucher for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item once the item is received by us, but this will be at our discretion and only when possible and you may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% depending returned product(s).

In both instances, the item must be returned and received by us within 14 days of your request being approved. If for any reason you are unable to return the items within the given timeframes above please do get in touch and we will assist you accordingly, but a refund/gift-card will be at our discretion. We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If a product is purchased on sale, the same returns and refunds policies apply, however we will not be able to offer you an exchange on your product. Instead, we will issue credit totally the value of the discounted item to be exchanged which can be used against an exchange or future order. If a product is marked as Final Sale, it does not qualify for returns or exchanges. Credit may be issued solely at our discretion and when possible, and return costs must be covered by the customer.

For all international orders or orders outside of the UK, the buyer needs to bear all costs related to returning the items to us in their original condition, this includes but is not limited to postage fees, any customs and duty fees on re-import/return to the UK if applicable. We are not eligible for any costs incurred in any international returns and should a return not reach us as per our terms and conditions, no refund will be issued. Same time-frames apply as standard returns.

All returned items should be sent back to us in their original condition together with the original packaging and all ADKN and brand tags intact and still attached. All items are inspected and documented on return. Any breaches on the terms above will disqualify the return/refund and items can be refused and sent back to customer.

We aim to process all returns within 14 days of receiving them.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is reflecting on your end. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflecting. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@adkn.co.uk.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@adkn.co.uk and please return the items you wish to exchange in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and care labels attached and in their original packaging. Upon receipt and confirmation of the correct return, you will receive an email confirming the return and the requested item in the requested size and/or colour will be sent back to you. However, should the return not meet the return eligibility criteria, the item(s) will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued.

Please note that you will not be entitled to cancel or return personalised or monogrammed Products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for face covering items. ADKNLux products, referred to as specially-crafted that are not in stock are not eligible for a return or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
