Shipping and Returns Information
We offer free standard delivery on all orders within the UK with a timeframe of 3-5 working days Monday-Saturday. We also offer a wide range of next day and guaranteed next day deliveries.
All orders placed before 11am (Monday-Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time or on weekends or holidays will be processed the next immediate working day.
We offer free returns on all orders in the UK. Requests must be made within 14 days receiving the order. You can request a return by logging into your account here and you will receive a pre-paid return label once this is approved.
*No returns/exchanges are accepted for ADKN materials orders (fabric and accessories) or for ADKN face masks. For made-to-order products, we can help offer exchanges and/or credit on the account for any returns. This is due to these being custom orders (made to measure and/or made to order) and due to hygiene and safety reasons. All perfectly imperfect items part of the Outlet can only be returned in exchange for store credit.
