Toiles, Fittings and Quality Assessment
Our expert sampling machinists will prepare the first toile on recycled or organic calico representative of your chosen fabric, which will then be fitted on a model.
Once prototype is approved, a first-final sample in your chosen fabric will be made to be fitted on a model to ensure the garment looks as intended. At this stage, there will be very minor alternations needed for the garment to be ready for production.
By using our 3D pattern creating technologies you can limit the time spent on the sampling process. Our advanced technology allows you to create or input your patterns into a 3D visual software which will then identify any pattern problems such as mismatched seams, tension points, incorrect sizes etc, thus ensuring a quicker and more accurate sampling process.
